MY BIO

Fliss Fame Academy was created by Ms Jaime Coombes way back in 2011!  Jaime grew up in the local community being very well known by all families and friends in the area, she studied performing arts at Barbara Speakes Stage School in London from the age of 11, she then went onto college to achieve a diploma in performing arts. At 19 years old she became a talent judge working alongside a unique talent management agency.

Jaime studied personal training at the YMCA in Southhall giving her a degree in teaching exercise to music and fitness. At 25 she then went on to study at Westminsters play center services for 7 year old’s and became a sports and play work manager working with many different children and their disabilities.

Jaime has combined all her knowledge and skills to help build Fliss Fame Academy for the local community helping to support local communities come together by bringing amazing opportunities to all young people from a wide variety of different grounds.

Combining the performing arts with sports and talent scouting, Jaime knew that there was a great need in deprived areas in west London where young people needed educational, stimulating, motivational activities and somewhere safe where they could go for after school and holidays. The academy helps to support so many young people in a variety of ways, it helps the young people keep off the streets, develop new life skills, find their hidden talents, learn how to express themselves mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually in a positive way. Through attending these amazing arts classes in which the children work towards their individual goals they also get the opportunity in performing all of their talents in live end of term shows all over London and also get the chance to enter major talent competitions. Our main goal is to help build confidence and give self esteem, improve concentration, focus for the future and make their dreams come true.
